We switched to Nova Bread a few months ago, and the difference in freshness is noticeable. It stays soft for days and toasts perfectly for our daily breakfast. It is a reliable, high-quality loaf that the whole family enjoys. I am giving it four stars only because I wish they offered a larger family-size pack, but overall, it is an excellent everyday product.
